Default Fuse issue car won't start?

Hi all,

First time poster in need of help please.
I have a 2010 Mazda Axela (3) hatch.
Going back a few weeks a had a battery issue where it went flat after 3 days of no use. Charged back up battery and all was ok.
Checked with multimeter and noticed a small drain on battery so I was going through the fuses in engine bay pulling each one to try to work out where issue was from.

Now I can't start car at all. All fuses are in correct place as I only
Pulled one at a time and put them back in. Fuses don't seem to be blowen.
Have tried leaving both batteries disconnected over night to reset everything. Even with the actual key in the fob override it won't start.

Any advice please?

Edit I also have a scangauge 2 which plugs into the odb2 port, that's not even being recognized.
