Default Front Camber to 0?

I installed adjustable camber arms on the rear of my 3. Set them to -1 had alignment done. The rear tires are pretty quiet now. The problem is now my front tires are loud. I didn't rotate them. Looked at front settings from alignment printout one side is -.7 other is -1. Would it be ok to set front camber to 0? I drive a lot of highway miles to work, I'm looking for good tire wear not performance.
