well then hello repair shop once your car falls off your chassis cuz you didnt put it on right because you did it yourself lol. oh well if he didnt take the advice then what are you gonna do.

 

charge him for not doing research?

 

ya or stupidity. either way it will cost no matter how you look at it.. which is why i spent the extra 200 and got it done by pros on my old car

 

i installed my springs myself.
and now my front strut mount bearings are gone (clunking sound when turning at slow speeds or stopped)
and my rear springs clunk (for some reason the springs are hitting each themselves....)

leave it to the pros. then u have some one to blame

 

see we have a verdict get someone to do it

well,

the strut mount bearings are a only making that clunking sounds because lowering your car puts extra stress on them.

and the rear springs? who knows. i think it may be a spring defect... but meh.

 

i for some reason keep bottoming my car out. god damn driveways and driving to get my tim hortons and the car like literally scrapes along the pavement. soo truthfully i dont even think it needs lowering otherwise my whole bumper would come off

 

My car is lowered (done myself) and doesn't make any odd noises and rides just fine (Eibach prokit) Ifollowed the instructions,torqued everything properly and used loc-tite.
