Default Do all aftermarket control arms suck?

I bought a eBay chinese made control arm for 2006 Mazda 3 for about $30 or $35 and it worked fine for a couple of months but we notice the ride seemed much harsher and stiffer after installing. All of the bumps where much more noticeable that before the change. Now, after about two months the car which was going straight started pulling a bit to the right and vibrating at about 60 or 70MPH.

After inspecting the ball joint, the rubber is split on the new control arm I installed. The control arm looks like the ball joint on the control arm is a bit short and the ball joint is at an angle as a result.

The new control arm part # for this car is C51334350 and is about $146 locally. I see that there are other manufacturers making control arms for Mazda as well such as Moog. The Moog one is about $60. I am wondering if anyone has had any experiences with other brands. Are any of these brands good? Which one? If there is an OE manufacturer for this model can I get the same thing without paying the Mazda price?
