Default Changing rear break pads

Hey guys, i need to change my brake pads for the rear tire but everywear i go is really expensive, like $160 when the pads it self cost $45. I wanted to know if anyone knows where to get the technical manual for the 2004 Mazda 3 or a sight that shows me hoy to change it... Thanks

With 4-wheel disc brakes, it's actually quite easy to do yourself.

not sure if there is a Haynes or Chilton's manual out yet for the Mazda3, you could try searching Yahoo for either of those.

Maybe babyhuey could help you out with some specifics. It should only be about 4 bolts. Get the rotors turned (maybe $12-15/each at the local autoparts store.) You'll need new pads & synthetic caliper grease + a few hand tools and a c-clamp.
