Default Changing Defaults

Is there a way to change the defaults so that the skid control and BSM systems are off when starting the car?

No, these systems always reset to the on state, the only way to disable them permanently is to break some part of their system or unplug a sensor. Second why would you want them disabled by default?

I do not want to disable these features permanently. I would like to activate them when I want to use them, rather than have them activated when I start the engine.
