Whats up people... I have a question... To those who lowered your Mazda, did you also install cam kits for the tires? I can't find any. I've called many companies but to no avail. Without them, they are killing my tires.

I have a 04 Mazda 3 Hatchback, lowered, 18's. cold air, system...

 

MazdaSpeed makes a camber kit (ive purchased this kit for $250.00 directly from Mazda to be installed with a TEIN coilover suspension...alittle expensive but the quality is Great!)...also SRMotorsports sells camber plates for $179.00 each in which only two are needed.

I just found MazdaSpeeds Camber Kit for fifty dollars less than what MazdaSpeed/MazdaUSA is selling them for at Rosenthal Mazda. Their MSRP $202.50 for the set. That is by far the best deal. I wish i would have found this before i bought mine!

Thanks for the reply but I checked with both Mazdaspeed and SRMotorsports and they do not make a cam kit for the Mazda 3. They do make a camber bracket but not what I am looking for. I may have to find someone to modify them for me. When I get my car alligned, maybe he can help and/or have some ideas.

In the mean time, my tires are getting so worn out.

Everything in your alignment is adjustable. Your front should be able to be aligned within specs. The rear suspension isn't adjustable on Camber only. You only need the Camber links to get the suspension aligned just as it was from the factory.

For reference, stock the rear suspension has approx -1.0° of camber. I put on an Eibach Prokit (1" front drop, 1.2" rear) and the rear camber went to -2.3°. That is the maximum allowable within the spec. Putting the Camber links in will bring it back within the nominal value (-1.0°). I've got the links, but haven't had time to install them, you have to drop the rear suspension subframe to get to some of the bolts.

Not sure what else you could be looking for with regards to a "Cam kit" for the suspension other than the link above.
