a/c blowing warm air

Im trained in ford and mazda, i have my certification in automotive HVAC, having a clogged cabin filter WILL NOT MAKE THE AIR BLOW WARMER. Does having a dirty engine air filter increase the intake air temp? NO. Clogged = restriction. if its blowing warm air either the refrigerant is low, the compressor is bad, a/c lines are clogged, evap is frozen or electrical problem

How does the EVAP freeze and affect the A/C system?
I did have a gas tank leak because of bad gas tank cork, that threw a EVAP sign according to boyfriend's car scanner.
What electrical problems can happen with AC? Are there any fuses?
I checked my A/C with a screw driver at the valve and its charged, belt is OK. Getting no cold air.
