Automatic Transmission Problem?

HA! Lifetime fluid I really hope people don't fall for that.
I believe I have an idea of what its doing on my 2009 3 2.3 HB. It accelerates fine, I notice the hard shifting when it down shifts. I drive on a few roads where the speed limit is 35mph. Its seems like the tranny doesn't know what it wants to do around that speed. It will down shift from 5 to 4 and it just feels like a abnormal down shift. I'm not used to using the manual mode, but when I'm under 40mph I'm usually in 3rd gear and it feels fine. Only seems to be an issue when in auto mode.

You'd be surprised, Most people do fall for it, especially when the dealer tells you!. This includes MAZDA.
