Default Audio Advice

I have two Kicker CVR-12s and a TMA 500 watt amp wired into my Mazda 3 factory system. Do you think it's a good idea to install a capacitor in that system? I have a habit of turning it up really high and I don't want to put that constant stress on my electrical system. If so, any suggestions on a brand/model?

Yes, my suggestion would be for you to upgrade your "big 3" and spend the money you would have spent on the CAP on another mod. Start svaing up for door speakers and an amp for them.

Country music will solve all of your problems. Don't need too much system behind it.

lol^ A lot of audio gurus don't believe in capacitors...including me. They take the power out of the battery and store it then release it when the power is needed. If you really really think that your "system" no offense, is straining the **** out the car then change the alt or put in a yellow top battery. I highly doubt your lights are dimming or any of the signs for a need for a CAP. What guage wire are you using? If its 8 change it to 4 and ground it to one of the seats bolts.
And deff change the ****ty OEM speakers in there. I thought the stock unit was a piece of **** when i first got the car but the sec i changed JUST the back speakers (most people change the front first) i was just too cheap to do it. It made a huge difference. Our stock unit is a pretty good unit. Invest in a decent 6.5 component set with a high sensitivity rate if your not going to use an amp for them that way your sound is a lot more clear unless you are the type of person that just like to rattle the license plate and not give a dam about the lyrics or the actual music of the track.
