anybody can tell me where to find this part of the car ;;;

 

It looks like the Sunload sensor on a BK Mazda 3. Do you want to know where it is or where to buy a new 1?

 

I want to replace the part of dashboard where the sensor is.

 

You need to replace the entire dash board.

Saying that, I know in Australia there was a repair bulletin, in which you pry & peel off the dash outer layer/top & glue on a new top. Part # was BAYR 60 710.
