wait til the '08's are out and for sale, then the '07's will be cheaper.

like, when i went to go lease my mazda3, the '06's were WAY cheapers, (by about, oh, $40 (cdn) a month)

yeahI would go with Dentinger's plan....cause the 08s will be the same as the 07s, since they just had an update this year.

Model change isn't set for 09

well, i'm married with children and my pro 5 is all that i need for whatever is thrown at me so far. the only change i have considered so far is to a speed 3. i guess if i had a larger family, i might need one but not for now.

A possible drawback to waiting for the 08s to arrive, and going for a bargain 07, is if you want a particular color combination, trim level, options, etc, what you want might not be available.

When I was shopping around for my 07 M3, they had several on the lot, but I had to wait a week for one to arrive that had the color/trim/options I wanted (and I did not think I was being that fussy). I felt like manythey had on handwere oddly equipped - probably explains why they were on the lot. If you wait, you could be choosing from leftovers.

For whatever its worth I bought my 3 in Jan of 07. My sales guy told me the RX8 was the next "speed" model. Not sure if thats real or not but that is what he told me
