very good find, this is going to help alot of mazda3 owners out greatly!

 

ive been thinking about it for sure cuz the wipers dont seem to wipe fast enough even on it high speed settings, but then again you gotta think if it needs to go any faster then you probably shouldnt be driving in the weather, but then again its great oppertunities for us autos to really have some fun (especially for those with low torque) i think this is worth a pin

 

This is one of the things that annoyed me most about my car. I'm absolutely loving my VIW upgrade, and I'm really glad that billm on the mazda3fourms came up with this fix. I use it pretty much every time I drive in the rain.

So do you want the fast setting to be faster, or do you want the intermittant setting to be more often? This is a bypass for the wiper stalk and controls the wipers independantly

 

my SP23 has automatic wind shield wipers, changes the speed and how long they wait before they wipe across, very nice feature!!

 

As does the US 2006 grand touring. When I was balked going the OEM route to get VIW I checked on adding the auto wipers. The control module for it was roughtly $2,000. So ixnay on that. This was much cheaper.
