Default Accident help

I was rear ended last spring and I'm having a hell of a time getting the insurance company to complete the repairs on my Mazda 3 hatchback. The adjuster I am dealing with wants proof that there are still damages done as I'm pretty sure they didn't appraise the damages properly. I am looking for pictures to match the ones that I will post following this comment to show the lift directly under the latch in the back hatch and to show the fuel filler neck being pushed out of the rubber grommet. My vehicle is a 2005 Mazda 3 hatchback I'm pretty sure with the 2.0 litre and a auto trans. Any help would be much appreciated as I don't want my car to not get the repairs it should have gotten. The shop has already put 4000 into it and the entire time I was asking to have it written off. Thanks in advance. The back of the vehicle after the new bumper was put on. You can notice the gap in between the weather stripping gets larger towards the center as this was the point of impact
