hey there guys and gals...

im in the mids of installing a reverse sensor unit into my mazda 3, and i have a few queries...

i need to connect the unit to an acc point, is connecting it parrallel to the head unit acc line a good idea??

if it is what colour should i be looking for, i have already located the bundle of wires that are the head units (behind drivers kick panel) but im not sure which one it is....

could someone please help me with that, and also unless there is an easier , more accessable acc point that i don't know about...

The easiest way to to find a acc point..(if u don't have a wire diagram and you are going to remve the radio)...is to take the radio out and turn the car on to acc. Take a multi-meter and touch the head unit wires until you get a reading of 12V or more.That will be your acc. You can pick up a descent multi-meter at radio shack for under $30.
