And I would like to know if there is any reason NOT to buy! What are the problems that are poping up on the '05 3 5 doors?

It's a White 5 speed, with Mazda Speed springs and 18" wheels already dealer installed. I don't have a ton of time to use the search function on this site because I'm going to buy it tomorrow.

To be honest.. ID GO FOR IT!

Mazda 3 's are great cars no matter what year (i have a 2004)..

I love my car and no problems seen so far.. if there are any serious ones you can always take it to the dealership for TB's and service.. but there shouldnt be anything that serious enough for you not to buy one!

Its a great car and sounds awesome, with the springs and all!

 

I'd buy it. I picked up m 05 Velocty red Mazda3 5-door a few weeks ago. I've driven almost 1000 miles on it so far and haven't had a single issue. It's really a great car and it sounds like the dealer has done a little modding for you already.

 

Well, I've only owned my 06 5 door for 2 days now... but I have to say I love it. Super fun to drive! I was seriously looking at the 06 Civic Sedan. Once I drove the 3, it was all over...

 

Andremal, I'm also looking at both the Mazda 3 and the Honda Civic 2006. This is a hard decision. Both cars are similiarly priced. Has similiar features. Right now I'm undecided.

1. I like the style of the 3 but I like the build quality and reliability reputation of Honda.

2. The Civic has more standard features (ie. airbags, ABS). They are extra on the 3 but when you add it all up the pricing is similar.

3. The 3 is faster and more fun to drive. The Civic gets at least 5 miles more per gallon.

What helped you to decide? Any feedback from anyone is welcome.

I picked up my 05 5 door, and i love it. I've had it almost 2 weeks and it has 600 miles on it now. I havent had a single problem with it. The ride is nice and the sound system is nice. Even the base sound system is good. I'd say you should go for it its definatly a fun little car

 

Well guys, I ended up buying a 2006 Mazda 3s 5 Door.

It's the Grand Touring Package in Whitewater Pearl, all 7 windows "limo" tinted, 5 speed auto tranny, black leather, Bose 7 speaker system, moonroof, and navigation.

I've had it for about 5 days and I love it!! I'll be a frequent visitor to this forum as I need to learn all I can..........This car ROCKS!! [8D]
