2019 OEM wheel part #'s
Welcome to the forum
You may want to contact a Mazda dealership parts department and see if one is merely a superseded number or simply a type -o?
Most all members on forums would need to do the same research on the good old www. so exercise you figure?
We only have one member (that i am aware of) on this forum that actually works for a MAZDA dealership and that is service not PARTS DAEPARTMENT.

Because it is OEM and not aftermarket you need to contact MAZDA!
Aftermarket has very little guides and references to OEM part numbers and cross overs and often they need to be double checked for accuracy before using or installing them.
Conclusion and recommendation contact a MAZDA dealership parts department and talked to the parts department!
ASE
The parts dept. where i'm purchasing the rim doesn't know what the difference is. They don't actually stock the part, so a direct comparison isn't an option.
9965-65-7080 is stamped on our OEM rim, so i know that's the "correct" part, but i'm still curious what the difference is...

FYI joining several MAZDA forums is not going to get you another more informative answers than what I have posted here.
We do as I said have ONE member that works for MADZA but what you are asking for is not causal, so you really need to do the work yourself CONTACT MAZDA USAOR accept that there is a reason why for your Mazda there is a OEM wheel if not superseded why it is more costly than other part numbers!
BTW I used my source for parts OE superseding number and application (I only use this as a base line for reference and not as absolute accuracy) and YUP your Mazda has a wheel that is more costly than other models and years!
In other words, if you came into our shop the wheel you would get new OEM is the more costly one that is applicated for your MAZDA!
BTW there is a coding on the back of the wheel that also give technical load information which also may be a clue!
You do realize that safety in getting the correct wheel should be your foremost thought when replacing a single or couple of OEM wheels on any platform!

"Thank you for contacting Mazda Customer Experience Center.
... I am glad to hear you are wanting to replace your rims. We will advise for you to reach out to your local Mazda Dealership to see what the differences are between the two rims ...
Sincerely, Representative, Customer Experience"

In the case of replacing a single wheel it may not be worth the possible damage that may happen by replacing one incorrect applicated OEM wheel?
If you do buy "YOUR" choice of wheel I recommend that you do not have it connected to your any information of your MAZDA. Just saying!

...just wondering what the difference is
