Bought a 2015 3 i Sport last month, 60k on the clock. On the way home from from the Toyota dealer where I bought it, it popped out of 5th gear. This happens nearly every time I drive it now if I linger in 5th, but not every time. I've taken it to the Mazda dealer twice. They haven't been able to reproduce and say they've never heard of this happening to a 2015.

This seems to happen when:

• The car is warm
• Light throttle
• 40-45mph
• Level ground or slight incline

Once it popped out of 4th, but never again, and never any other gear.

I've seen others with similar complaints about the previous-gen with 3rd and 4th gear.

Anyone have any information, thoughts or suggestions?
