One out of ever five tries, after I turn off my car and turn it back on, my radio preset station will disappear (automatically reset my radio to an empty station), and the volume will automatic tune down to zero.

My local Mazda dealership has updated the firmware, but that did not fix the problem.

Anyone else has a 2014 Mazda and experiencing the same problem that I am?

 

I have not. The only time I've had a radio reset on me was when I once plugged in a bad iPod cable in the USB plug and its bad connection to my iPhone was screwing with it somehow. Regardless, though, it retained all my radio presets. It has never done a complete reset to zero.
