I have a 2010 Mazda 3, it is an automatic and the key suddenly became stuck in the ignition. I thought it may have been that it wasn't registering in park, however it is registering as park in the gear selector on the dashboard. It also will not switch over to triptronic mode, it just remains in drive. Anyone have any ideas/suggestions?

I stopped by the local Mazda dealership and spoke with one of the salesmen (service dept was closed-- just left for the day) and he said that he's never seen/heard anything like that. He tried his book of tricks for when it does get stuck in the ignition normally and said that he had no clue.
