1999 Mazda Millenia-key stuck in ignition

1999 Mazda Millenia-key stuck in ignition
I have a 1999 Mazda Millenia, the key is stuck in the ignition. We disconnect the battery to take it out.
I cringe having to take it to the dealer. Late last year I took my Mazda Tribute to the dealer, I TOLD them the fuel pump was bad. They charged me over $300 to replace a "switch" that controls the fuel pump. I drove away about 1 mile and they had to come tow it and then they charged me almost $400 to replace the fuel pump.
RIPP OFFS!!!
With that said, all the local repair shops suggested I bring this problem to the dealer.
Any help???
