Question 2010 2.2D no power

Hi all I have a 2010 mazda 3 2.2D sport ( 150 ) which is suffering from lack of power or seems turbo boost.

I can be cruising along on the motorway at approximately 80 and will seem fine, but if I've got to slow down for whatever reason or come to a slight hill the car will slow down and wont pick up speed untill I've dropped to 4th and then can feel the turbo boosting again.

I've had it on forscan and the only fault code is P167B fuel injector learning not done.

Anyone got any ideas as what it could be?

thanks

I would take it to Mazda for a diagnostic code check & a Fuel Injector Relearn.

I have plugged it into forscan and relearned the injectors, so now there is no fault codes showing.

The problem seems vacuum orientated. I was under the car today and took off the vacuum pipe going to the wastegate actuator and there was no vacuum at all when revved, also the actuator thing that opens the butterfly on the throttle body doesn’t move either, no vacuum from the pipe going to it either, but this engine doesn’t seem to have the usual vacuum pump running off the cam and can’t seem to find much info on it, all I can see is 2 vacuum solenoids one at front of engine and one at the rear
