I checked the battery voltage and all the fuses and relays. That was all good. I rented a fuel pressure regulator but it didn't come with enough hose to bypass the fuel line and the fuel line connectors. There wasn't any adapter that I could use. There was fuel and pressure in the line though when I popped it off so now I'm really confused.
