I am wondering if anybody can help me, I have a friend overseas that has a 323 with the 1.3L motor, he has a single belt that goes to the water pump, I have tried and cannot locate the right belt anywhere.

He said the measurements were about 9mm wide, by 34" long, it is a V belt.
Any help is appreciated.

 

Does anybody know of somewhere that I could get him a custom belt based on the size he told me?

 

Ultimately I'd like to find the exact belt made for his car, but I have not had much luck finding parts for the 1.3L, it seems here in the US the 1.6L was in all of the 323's

 

I just noticed this may not be the right section for this post, if there is another section for posts about 323's could a mod please move this thread for me?

 

I knew if I had trouble finding the part then others would, I figured I'd try here just in case. I find parts for people all of the time, so I knew when this one eluded me that it would be a long shot, but I had to ask if anybody knew just in case.

 

Update, the belt is exactly 85cm long aka 33.4646", so would he need a 33" or 34" belt?
Do they stretch much?

 

I think I may have found the belt he needs.
