08 mazda 3 sedan.
i have an 08 mazda three.
dome lights seem to have no power, radio gets no power, the cigarette lighter under the radio is getting no power, and my instrument cluster has a trip odometer that resets after every turn off, “door open” light stays on. the needles go further than their desired gauges are when i first start the vehicle. all ac/heat controls work correctly.

1 Have your battery load tested if the battery is starting to go bad it can cause many electrical problems.
2 Check all the battery leads on the battery terminal and at their mounting location especially the ground cable.
3 You should always check for any DTC using a diagnostic scanner only connected directly to the OBDII diagnostic connector. NO BLUE TOOL SCANNERS!
Just because there is no dash check engine light does not mean that there are not pending or permanent DTC in the ECU.
Then report back.
