When I turn on the fan for the hvac system, it waits five minutes or more to turn on. The AC works fine and the heat also works, but it takes a few minutes for the fan to turn on. Once it does it appears to work fine until I shut off the car and start it again and go through the process all over again. Has anyone lese had the same issue? I've checked the fuse and its fine. I googled this issue and one article stated it might be the cabin air filters, or the blower motor. Any help would be appreciated.
