i had a qx4 infinity and my transmition went out for some reason and they didnt want to fix it it was still under warantee i know this italian guy that is from bronx and he is a lawyer he is a friend of mying ...he walks in and start throwing vocab at them it was funny they change their mind in 3 minutes made my day i didnt even knew what he was saying

 

They have to prove that the modification caused the failure. The dealer wants you to buy only their parts, hence they don't tell you the entire story. Keep in mind that at least you are gauranteed that if you buy genuine Mazda parts that least they will fit and work as advertised. Remember, you get what you pay for.
