I am quite good about laughing at myself. Plenty of years of experience. And I know Mr. Spots was just egging me on, so I played along w/it.

 

i hear ya. im good at laughing at myself when i do something dumb... but ahhh i dont care. cuz of my last name. people gave me a hard time. now i just dont care anymore. people call me generally by my last name instead of by my 1st name. haha. wow right now i have the need to drive im sitting here playing juiced for PS2

 

E.C., The other thing is that it only happens with CD's not with radio. so that pretty much rules out the harness. I appreciate the help. I'm going to call the daeler today to find out if they exchanged only the cd unit or the whole radio.

 

I called the mazda dealer ship to ask if they had replaced only the CD unit or the whole thing, and he said that they replaced the whole stereo both times... I'm guessing they are going to blame it on my CDs. I'm supposed to go on tuesday with my CDs so that they can test the stereo. there should not be a problem with playing rewritables anyways.. I used to work at a honda dealership and customers had problems with their cd player after playin CDR for a while. But that happenned after months or even years. And usually the problem you would have would be that the cd player does not read the cd. I am thinking this is a lost cause...
