Default [Mazda 3 Sedan 2019] Sucking noise when pressing accelerator.

I need some help.

I have Mazda 3 Sedan 2019 model auto transmission. The car is pretty new and is driven only 4500 KMs. I have recently started experiencing a sucking noise when I accelerate the car. The noise appears only after the car has been driven for some 20 kms (i.e warmed up). The noise appears only when I press the accelerator a little and then goes away. It appears again when I press the accelerator. This happens only when the car is driven. It doesn't happen when the car is parked.

I took it to the workshop (the car is still in guarantee). The mechanic agreed that the noise is not normal. After troubleshooting they could't find the root cause and says this is a normal noise they can't help it.

Anyone here have experienced this? Any opinions? Is this noise normal?

I have attached the audio file. The noise can be heard between 1 and 2 seconds.

Thanks for helping

I would go back, speak to the foreman & service manager, get them to drive it with you. Get them to take you for a drive in a similar car off the sales yard.

If you have no success, contact Mazda head office.

Thanks for your reply. I have dropped the car to the workshop twice. Given them the test drive once and made them hear the noise, but the day after they says it is normal noise. But I am sure this is not normal since it started all of the sudden.

I will try to email the head office. Let's see

Thanks for your reply. I have been to workshop twice but they couldn't reproduce the noise. Therefore they can't help me. I will try to talk to Mazda head office but there website says contact your dealer for questions related to your car. Let' see.
