Touchscreen while driving

Hey guys, just wondering if there’s a way around my 2022 Mazda 2 not having a working touchscreen while Driving. Is there a code or setting I can turn off. Thanks.

For safety it's not possible to turn off the screen lock. You can use the command switch to operate some screen options while driving.
