Strange oil leak.
My 2009 Mazda 2 is leaking oil, but it's very heard to see exactly where from. It appears to be at the back of the engine somewhere around the exhaust manifold. no noticeable smoke from the engine but no4 spark plug did appear to be slightly oily.
Have read a bunged up pcv valve could cause strange oil leaks, but where is it on a 2009 mazda 2 (1.3l petrol), failing that could it be valve seals?
Would appreciate some pointers before I start dismantling things which may not be the issue.

Stripped it down yesterday and cleaned the valve, it didn't appear to be clogged so have re-assembled. noticed before strip down it seems to be burning oil as well as loosing it. What the most likely causes? could it be the value seals? are these cheap/ easy to replace?
I never got to the bottom of the oil leak and would you believe it this car has returned to a family member. It’s not leaking from the rocker gasket, or any of the shafts, it seams to be behind the exhaust manifold on the right hand side( as you look at the engine) purge valve is clear and working. What possible things could it be? As it’s very difficult to see, and if I was to remove the exhaust manifold will this help. Does the oil feed to the head go up this side? Wondering if leak from head gasket. Other than that engine running as sweet as a nut(for 198k miles)
