my wife has a 2012 Mazda 2 Neo with terrible headlights. a little frosty lens cover but just not bright enough.

we are doing a roadtrip next month and that will require better lights than around town

can I change to led and if so will i need canbus / alternative suggestions

Retrofitted LED bulbs are not legal in Australia.

Get your headlights polished or replaced if too badly damaged, & fit some Narva Plus 100 or 150 bulbs.
