Noise when braking and turning?

Noise when braking and turning?
Hi guys, just a quick question.
Car in question is a Mazda 2 2010 manual.
When the car is stationary or at low speed, there is a grinding noise from the front right when braking and turning.
If I dry steer and hold the brakes the noise is present, if I am doing low speed manoeuvres and have to brake while turning, noise is present. Appears to be coming from the brake components.
Thoughts?
