how much NM it should be in the wrench torque

Read either the spark plug box, the manufacture of the spark plug used direct website recommendation or from a Factory Service manual to be accurate and correct.
Choosing and incorrectly installing spark plugs can damage your spark plugs or worse your head.

i did not find anything about it on the internet hot much NM it should be

 

The oil pan drain bolt on the engine as well the transmission 20ft-lbs (27.11636Nm) with a NEW washer. Alway use a NEW washer!
