I recently brought a Mazda 2 keyless start from a salvage auction it had wing damage both sides and one side fog light wiring missing, but it started fine and drove alright to the drive way, however within a week it’s stoped starting, the stop start button is Amber I have a keyless entry malfunction light and a car with a padlock that makes a beeping noise for about 5 seconds, I disconnect the battery and reconnected it, I got a green key on the dash board with a green stop start, as soon as I press the button it makes a beeping noise again, and goes back to a red key and a orange stop start light, Iv changed the car battery and fob battery with no luck, would appreciate some advice.

Check and clean the earth points on both fenders, and where the fender brackets bolt to the chassis. Very common problem after panel repairs.

Otherwise, time for a diagnostic code check. How many key fobs do you have?
