Hi. Does anyone know where I could find the official torque values (how many nanometers to screw stuff at) for Mazda 2 2013 bifuel ?

I just bought a used one and I would prefer to change spark plugs and oil myself , so I am mostly interested in spark plug, spark plug coil screws and oil bath nanometers.

I tried downloading the service manual but I could only find scanned image versions with 3800 pages which are very hard to scroll so it would take forever to find anything.
