Unhappy Mazda 2 2011 weird noise when gearbox under stress

Hallo Mazda 2 users

I got this problem when gearbox under stress (for example foot on floor accelerating on 1st or 2nd or removing foot from accelerator - but usually when shifting from 1st to 2nd gear) something is making metalic noise similar to hit spanner into empty cola can.

As been advised me - I've replaced bottom engine mount - because whole gearbox was shaking when starting from first gear - after replacement - it is still shaking but much less - but that noise is still there.

Additionally I could add from time to time when I press or depress clutch pedal somewhere in the middle I feel some kind of "tap" - but it is happening from time to time and not sure if it is related to that problem.

Is my gearbox dying? Clutch? Something else?

Thank you in advance for helping me

Regarding weird clutch pedal click - I've found this - I need to look if my Mazda 2 2011 looks the same.

Replace your gearbox mount also.

If yes - then I've replaced last week - no changes

It looks like ultra cheap and ultra simple replacement
£21 and 15 mins job from top of the engine - am I correct
https://www.buycarparts.co.uk/gsp/9860182

But I cannot believe - this makes that weird noise while gearbox under stress (ie. on first gear full accelerate and remove foot from pedal and full accelerate) - is there a way to notice this part is damaged - like cracked or worn?

Thank you for help!

Normally they sag, but also go soft & allow too much movement.

Just to add to this, I'm not sure if the mounts are known to be a common failure but I've had to replace all 3 of my engine mounts at around 65k miles. Also check the cat downpipe donut gasket, that makes a loud sqeuaking / chirping noise with engine movement when it's worn.

Regarding - cat downpipe donut gasket - let's say that gasket is worn - anything bad happen if I will not replace it for next 2-3 years? I mean - apart of exhaust leak.

In my opinion, I doubt anything catastrophic will happen because of a leaky exhaust pipe gasket, but it will be a cheap fix either to do yourself or pay someone to do it.
