Default Grinding noise in 1st gear only when pulling away

1999 Mazda 323 F VI 1.5 with 200000+ kilometers gasoline manual 5 speed. Car makes terrible noise when in 1st gear pulling away from stationary position. When clutch is slowly released noise will start until clutch is fully engaged. This sound is only heard when in 1st gear. Cars shifts smoothly, no noises from clutch pedal when fully depressed. No clutch slippage. No strange noises when driving.

The car has just recently start making this noise. When pulling away from stop very gently with low revs and very gentle clutch release noise can be avoided. To hear the noise open the attachment.
Is there anybody who can tell me what causes this. Thank you very much in advance for your answer(s).

When pulling away from a full stop in 2nd gear the same noise is heard. I never do this normally, just for sake of troubleshooting. Once the car is in motion shifting through the gears al the way up to 5th there are no strange noises anymore.

Inspect and test all gearbox and engine mounts.
