hi, i,d be interested in black leather seats for my mazda2. as far as i know it has to come from a mazda2, any advice would be greatly appreciated thanks.

 

Well unless you want to make custom floor mounting adapters for aftermarket seats as well installing diodes to bypass the safety seat features the logical path is to start checking local auto dismantlers.

Or have you existing seat upholstered.

Sorry you as a new member no one has any idea what you do or do not know. I think IMHO what I posted was "beneficial"?
I have had to do exactly what you are contemplating and many vehicles over the years.
I would guess my first time in 1977 with my 1965 Olds Station wagon instating Pinto Buckets seats in? A dozen more seat installs my last was in 2003 in my 2002 MINI Cooper S installing Corbeau Racing seats.
As for my 2018 Mazda 3 in January of 2019 had the front factory Leather seats removed and inlayed Blue Ribbing on the covers .
I have had to fabricated several seat rail and mounting adapters because of the floor pans uneven and challenging obstacles to retain a safety factor was the highest priority during all these installations..
