Front and rear washer stopped working.

Front and rear washer stopped working.
Suddenly today both front and rear washers have stopped working. The motor isn't engaging at all so i checked both 10A and 20A fuses to the F.wip and R.wip which are both fine. Any suggestions as to what could be the problem?
