Does my 2003 Mazda 2 TS Have Rear ABS?
I need to order a rear wheel bearing and won't have the chance to take the drum off and have a look before ordering the part. A car parts website lists 2 rear wheel bearing kits, one for cars with ABS, one for those without.
When I turn the car on an ABS light comes on on the instrument panel. However looking under the car I can only see a brake pipe and a handbrake cable going to the back of the brake drum, plus an electrical connector where the 2 handbrake cables meet in the centre of the car which I presume is for a handbrake sensor?
So does my car have ABS on the rear drums or not? It's a UK spec 2003 Mazda 2 TS, 1.4l semi automatic.
Many thanks

Problem solved. I phoned a main dealer and spoke to their parts department. According to them the bearing is no longer manufactured but they confirmed may car has ABS so I can order it from somewhere else.
