Default Cracked Sat Nav Screen

Hi
I have a 2016 Mazda which the sat nav screen decided to crack (from the inside Spider web lines) during the hot weather a couple of weeks ago. Could anyone tell me how you remove it from the dash please.

This is a known fault with these screens. Have you contacted Mazda head office in your country for out- of-warranty assistance?

I’m new here but am in search of info related to this issue in Australia. My Mazda 2 was purchased in 2015, so well outside warranty. After speaking to my Mazda dealer, they are saying I have to pay for it. However if this is a known issue then regardless of warranty shouldn’t Mazda pay? Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated.
