Hi all, I've recently come into the possession of a lovely 2008 Mazda2 1.3 TS2 but in a moment of madness I seem to have broken what I suspect to be the fuel filler door actuator. Could anyone advise if this is an easy fix that I could do myself, or do I have to take it to a mechanic?
Inside the fuel door with the plastic bit that snapped off. Apologies for the dirt, haven't got it cleaned yet! A diagram I found online, not sure if its of use
If the diagram above is anything to go by, looks like it could be bothersome if the wire has to go from under the right-hand drivers seat to the fuel door on the rear left of the car.
