What is this I recently discovered it hanging under my passenger side front while changing my oil pressure sensor on my 2004


Tribute 3.0 2wd. For the record it steers and drives fine But I was rear ended about 10 months ago hard enough to bend my hitch and shift my rear end over about an inch. My frame is intact though

 

It is part of your exhaust system hanger. You will need to go to a muffler shop and get it welded back up.
