Hey guys, I'm new to the site but not new to Mazda, have had 5 in the family over the past decade or so. I'm looking to buy a new Tribute up here in Ontario, but I'm curious about which model to purchase. It'll be used on the highway fairly often so my concern is which to get in terms of 4 cylinder or V6, as well as FWD or 4WD. I don't wanna be blowing the budget on the gas but at the same time I don't wanna be stuck out in the cold in a snow bank.

My wife has a 2006 4WD, V6. We love it and it appears to be good on gas.
I don't have the exact gas specs, but I can tell you we can put well over 350 miles on the tank during a highway trip.
