Tribute/Escape tail light swap

Tribute/Escape tail light swap
My wife busted a tail light on her 2008 Tribute. Her friend's tail light on her Escape looks like a viable swap but I can't find any info to determine if they might interchange. The 08 Mazda tail lights seem to be 100+ if you can find them. Anybody out there that can advise?
