Tribute 2008 Custom Sound System
Hey guys, I just leased a Tribute 2008 GX-V6 this past Thursday and love it. I am, however, disappointed with the stock stereo system and want to move my audio setup from my old ride to the Tribute. I can't drive a car for 4 years without some decent sound. Can anyone help me with the following technical questions? I did not find any documents on custom sound by searching various forums and Google. I do hope there's a small community of audiophiles driving this car. :P
1) What's the alternator's output on the Tribute?
2) Any neat places to pass the wires from without making any new holes or cuts to the car?
3) Does the stock stereo have line-level RCA outputs by any chance? or
4) Has anyone installed an aftermarket amplifier to the stock radio system? How's the sound quality? I know it won't be as good as a totally new HU and components, but this is an option I am considering since it's a leased car.
5) Any guides on how to remove the stock stereo system?
Update: For anyone who's interested in doing an aftermarket stereo installation, I wrote a guide for the Tribute 2008.

RE: Tribute 2008 Custom Sound System
I realized that the Ford Escape '08 is practically the same vehicle as the Tribute, so I found this guide for the door speaker installs.
