Default Transmission mount replacement

2006 Tribute S 2WD

Anyone have any instruction or tip for changing out the lower transmission mount below the firewall? I have replaced the other 3 mounts, but I have not been able to access this last one. I am working in my garage (no lift).

Is this mount more easily removed from the top with lots of removal to gain access or from underneath once the vehicle is on ramps or j-stands?

Thanks!
