In my '02 Tribute with all wheel drive, my steering wheel is coming loose. I tighten it up but it last about 2 days until it becomes loose again. Is there anything i can do to fix it?

Our has been tightened by the local dealer twice. I don't know how to do it myself or I would. The service dept told me last time that they would have to replace some part if it happened again for about $400.
So I am keen to tighten it my self. Can you tell me how to do it? email is better than the forum (juntasix@gmail.com) I'd appreciate it a lot.
