Yes one can , it's easy .
But if one does alot of night driving there is also the idiot light on the dash which also stays on , that's a bit more involved to block off but can also be done .
Notice i did not explain a how too as it maybe illegal in your area to have these idiot sounds and lights disabled , they are easy if one has the slightest bit of electrical nous .
